Lotto Sport Enters India via Agilitas Sports, Eyes INR 1,000 Cr in 5 Years

With exclusive rights for India, South Africa, and Australia, Agilitas is positioning Lotto as a multi-market sportswear powerhouse.

Lotto Sport, the iconic Italian sportswear brand, has officially entered the Indian market through Agilitas Sports, the venture led by former PUMA India MD Abhishek Ganguly. Agilitas aims to scale Lotto into an INR 1,000 crore brand in India within five years.

Founded in Montebelluna, Italy, Lotto has built a legacy of sport-meets-style over the last five decades. Now, Agilitas is set to reimagine the brand for a new generation of Indian consumers.

“This isn’t just about entering the market—it’s about building a brand driven by ambition and category leadership,” said Abhishek Ganguly, Co-founder & CEO, Agilitas Sports. “Lotto has global heritage, but our focus is to shape it for modern India. Our launch campaign is raw and unscripted—because that’s how we intend to grow this brand: with authenticity, energy, and fun.”

Yuvraj Singh, who has been associated with the Agilitas founding team since 2011, joins as a friend, early investor, and key brand voice.

“Lotto’s vibe is different—it’s expressive, stylish, and full of attitude. That’s what drew me in,” said Singh. “As an athlete and entrepreneur, I believe in backing brands with real soul. This is just the beginning—with an exciting YWC x Lotto collaboration on the horizon.”

Lotto’s India debut kicks off with Lotto Leggenda, its premium sneaker line inspired by vintage silhouettes from the ‘70s to ‘90s. Designed in Italy and now manufactured in India at Mochiko Shoes (acquired by Agilitas), Leggenda marks the first of several planned drops.

With exclusive rights for India, South Africa, and Australia, Agilitas is positioning Lotto as a multi-market sportswear powerhouse. Over the next year, the brand will expand into apparel, sportswear, and accessories blending global legacy with local momentum.

Lotto’s arrival signals a new phase in India’s sportswear evolution where brands are expected to deliver both performance and personality.
